Auxiliary Radiator (G1880077): Installation

The following step(s) applies to:
All vehicles

- Install the auxiliary radiator.
- Make sure the 3 clips are correctly installed.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque : 7 Nm
- Install and tighten the auxiliary radiator bracket bolt.
Torque : 7 Nm
- Connect the upper coolant hoses.
- Connect the lower coolant hoses.
The following step(s) applies to:
Vehicles with 3.0L diesel engine

- Install the glow plug module and bracket.
- Install and tighten the nut.
Torque : 10 Nm
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
The following step(s) applies to:
All vehicles
- Install the front right wheel arch liner.

- Vacuum fill the cooling system.

- Install the engine undershield.
