Center Section

The center section comprises of two inlet and two outlet pipes, which incorporate a silencer and a resonator. The center resonator houses perforated tubes separated by baffle plates and it is specifically tuned to reduce a specific tuned acoustic frequency in the exhaust system.

Both inlet pipes of the center section are secured to the front section outlet pipes with clamps.

The center section is attached to the underside of the body with two mounting rubbers which are located on hanger brackets that are welded to the system. The mounting rubbers locate on corresponding hanger brackets which are bolted to the underside of the vehicle body.
