Coolant Pump (G1824662): Installation

CAUTION: Observe correct installation of the coolant pump to oil cooler tube o-ring seals. Failure to do so may result in coolant loss.
Make sure that the coolant pump to oil cooler tube o-ring seals are correctly installed.
- CAUTION:
- Make sure that the gaskets are correctly located.
- Install all the bolts finger tight before final tightening.
Install the coolant pump using new seals.
Renew Part: Engine coolant pump gasket Quantity: 1 .
Renew Part: Oil cooler to water pump O-ring seals Quantity: 1 .
Torque : 12 Nm
- Install the accessory drive belt tensioner.
Torque : 47 Nm
- Secure the clip and the coolant hose from the coolant pump.
- Install the thermostat bolt.
Torque : 9 Nm
- Install the coolant hose into the coolant pump.
- Install the accessory drive belt.

- Fill the coolant system.
