5-Way Manifold (G2271344): Removal

NOTE:

This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.

Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: LIFTING
Drain the cooling system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING
Remove the Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe T-Connector.
Refer to: AIR CLEANER OUTLET PIPE T-CONNECTOR

Disconnect the 5 pipes from the 5-way manifold.

- Remove the bolt.
- Remove the fastener.
- Remove the 5-way manifold bracket assembly.
NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.

- Remove the 2 fasteners.
- Remove the 5-way manifold from the bracket.
