Coolant Pump - Charge Air Cooler (G2116872): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.

    Install the charge air cooler coolant pump bracket onto the pump assembly.

  2. Install the charge air cooler coolant pump and bracket.

    Torque  : 7 Nm 

  3. Install the upper charge air cooler coolant pump hose.
  4. Install the lower charge air cooler coolant pump hose.
  5. Connect the charge air cooler coolant pump electrical connector.
    • Install the dirty air duct.
    • Install the coolant hose clip.
    • Install the clean air outlet tube.
    • Tighten the 2 hose clamps.

      Torque  : 3.5 Nm 

  8. Fill the coolant system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING 

  9. Install the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD
