Charge Air Radiator (G2135291): Removal

CAUTION: Before disconnecting any components, make sure the area is clean and free from foreign material. When disconnected all openings must be sealed.

NOTE:

Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: LIFTING
Drain the coolant system.

Remove the condenser.

Disconnect the upper charge air radiator coolant hose.

Disconnect the lower charge air radiator coolant hose.

Release the lower charge air radiator securing clips.

Release the upper charge air radiator securing clips.

Remove the charge air radiator assembly.
