Low Pressure Exhaust Gas RECIRCULATION Valve (G1868228): Installation

- Install a new gasket.
  Renew Part: Low pressure exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve to low pressure EGR cooler gasket Quantity: 1 .
- Install a new O-ring seal.
  Renew Part: EGR valve to turbocharger O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
- Install the low pressure Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 25 Nm
- Secure the pressure sensor assembly.
- Secure the clip.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 12 Nm
- Install the breather pipe.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 12 Nm
- Connect the 3 electrical connectors.
- Install the 2 clips.
Install the intake air resonator.

If a new component has been installed, configure using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment.
