Oil Cooler - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel - Mid, Low Power (G1947469): Removal

Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: LIFTING
Remove the engine undershield.
Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD
Partially drain the cooling system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING

Remove the air outlet pipe from the charge air radiator.
CAUTION: Be prepared to collect escaping coolant.

Release the coolant hose from the oil cooler asembly.

Remove and discard the gasket.
