Oil Cooler - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel - Mid, Low Power (G1947469): Installation

CAUTION: Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.

Install a new gasket.

Renew Part: Oil cooler gasket Quantity: 1 .

Torque

Stage 1: 15 Nm

Stage 2: 25 Nm
Install the oil cooler assembly coolant hose.
Install the air outlet pipe onto the charge air radiator.
Torque : 10 Nm
Fill and bleed the cooling system.

Install the engine undershield.
