Left Engine Mount (G2130815): Installation

- NOTE:
- This step is only required if a new engine mount is to be installed.
- This step only applies to L560 vehicles manufactured up to 10/2020.
Install the article of active engine mount vacuum hose, as shown in the illustration.
Renew Part: Vacuum pipe attachment - left side Quantity: 1 .
- Install the engine mount into the noted removal position.
- Install the engine mounting bracket and tighten the 4 bolts to the correct torque.
Torque : 60 Nm
- Install the 2 engine mount retaining bolts and tighten to the correct torque.
Torque : 47.5 Nm
- Install the engine mount retaining nut and tighten to the correct torque.
Torque : 60 Nm

NOTE: If equipped.
Install the ground cable and tighten to the correct torque.
Torque : 20 Nm
- Remove the Hydraulic jack.
General Equipment: Hydraulic floor jacks (2 tonnes minimum capacity)
- Connect the vacuum pipe.
- Install the thermostat.
