Exhaust Gas Pressure Sensor

The exhaust gas pressure sensor is attached to a bracket on the engine. The pressure sensor is located at the rear cylinder head cover connected to the HP turbocharger with a steel pipe.
The pressure sensor measures the pressure of the exhaust using a ceramic element. As the ceramic element deflects a voltage signal is sent to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
