Selective Catalyst Reduction Catalytic Converter (G2019451): Installation

NOTE: Steps 1 to 3 are only required if the components were previously removed.

Install the exhaust mass damper.

Torque : 22 Nm
Using the special tool, install the post SCR NOx sensor.
Special Tool(s): 310-121

Torque : 48 Nm
Using the special tool, install the particulate matter sensor.
Special Tool(s): 310-121

Torque : 48 Nm
- Install the SCR assembly.
- Install the exhaust mounting.
CAUTION: Make sure that the exhaust system is supported with suitable retaining straps.
- Install a new gasket.
  Renew Part: Exhaust downpipe gasket(s) Quantity: 1 .
- Install the exhaust to the catalytic converter.
- Install and tighten the 2 nuts.
  Torque : 40 Nm
CAUTION: Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.
- Install a new DEF injector clamp.
  Renew Part: Diesel exhaust fluid injector clamp kit Quantity: 1 .
- Install the DEF injector.
- Tighten the DEF injector clamp bolt.
  Torque : 5 Nm
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the protective sleeve.
- Install the particulate matter sensor electrical module.
- Connect the particulate matter sensor electrical connector.
- Install the wiring harness to the 4 clips.
- Install the post SCR NOx sensor module.
- Connect the post SCR NOx sensor electrical connector.
Install the right underfloor shield.
Torque : 7 Nm
- Install the floor brace.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 30 Nm
Install the engine undershield.

Install the rear silencer.
