Roof Opening Panel Frame (G2062511): Installation

Prepare the roof opening panel frame, roof panel flange and trimmed PU adhesive in accordance with the instructions included with the PU adhesive kit.

CAUTION: Make sure that equal pressure is applied to the full length of the component.
- With assistance, install the roof opening panel assembly.
- Lightly press the opening panel frame to seat the sealer.
Check the gap around is even and the roof opening panel is flush with the roof body panel as illustrated.
Check the gap around is even and the roof opening panel is under-flush to the roof body panel as illustrated.
Install both roof opening panel side finishers.

NOTE: The procedure must be carried out on both sides.
Install the roof mouldings.

Install the roof rails.

CAUTION: Make sure that the sealant is allowed to dry in accordance with the instructions included with the PU adhesive kit.
Use water shower to the roof panel interfaces for at least 5 minutes to make sure it seals.

- Install the electrical connector to the roof panel.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the roof panel blind.
