Fender (G2264542): Installation

NOTE: Only do the following step(s) if the component was previously removed.

- Install the front fender upper finisher.
- Secure the 5 clips.
NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

- Install the fender.
- Install the 3 bolts.
NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

Install the 2 bolts.
NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

Install the 2 bolts.
NOTE: Only tighten the nut finger tight at this stage.

Install the nut.
NOTE: Make sure the headlamps are correctly aligned.

Install the headlamp.

- Align the fender.
  Refer to: BODY AND FRAME
- Tighten the 7 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Tighten the nut.
  Torque : 10 Nm

- Install the baffle plate.
- Install the 2 clips.

- Install the front fender lower moulding.
- Secure the 4 clips.
Install the front wheel arch liner.

NOTE: If equipped.

- Install the front mudflap.
- Install the screw.
- Secure the 2 clips.
