Thermostat Housing (G1998228): Installation

    • Install the thermostat housing.

      Torque  : 12 Nm 

  2. Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
    • Connect the coolant bypass hose to the thermostat housing.

      Torque  : 7 Nm 

  4. Connect the coolant outlet hose to the thermostat housing.
  5. Connect the 2 coolant hoses.
  6. Install the NVH pad.
  7. Fill the cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING 

  8. Install the engine cover.

    Refer to: ENGINE COVER - INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL
