General Procedures

ACTIVATION

WARNING: Chock the wheels and make sure that all personnel are clear of the vehicle before carrying out the following procedure.

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
The ignition must be switched off.

Refer to: AIR CLEANER .
CAUTION: Using a suitable tool, lock the selector into the neutral position.

DEACTIVATION
Remove tool and allow selector to return to park position.
CAUTION: Make sure that the selector lever and the gearshift mechanism are in the park (P) position before ignition is on.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
