Step  5 Stabilizer bar link lower nut 1
Step  6 Front halfshaft nut 1
Step  10 Stabilizer bar link lower nut 1
Step  11 Front halfshaft nut 1
Step  37 Secondary catalytic converter gasket 1
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS

  2. Refer to: BATTERY TRAY
  3. Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING (G1809493)
  4. Refer to: FRONT SUBFRAME
  5. CAUTION: Discard the nut.

    Renew Part: Stabilizer bar link lower nut Quantity: 1  .

  6. CAUTION: Discard the nut.

    Renew Part: Front halfshaft nut Quantity: 1  .

  7. CAUTION:
    • Make sure that the driveshaft is supported with suitable retaining straps.
    • Do not use a hammer to detach the halfshaft from the hub assembly, failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the halfshaft.

  8. WARNING: Be prepared to collect escaping fluids.
    CAUTION: Keep the halfshaft horizontal to avoid damaging the oil seal.

  11. WARNING: Make sure that a new nut is installed.
    CAUTION: Discard the nut.

  12. CAUTION:
    • Make sure that the driveshaft is supported with suitable retaining straps.

    • Mark the position of the driveshaft flange in relation to the drive pinion flange.
