- Road test the vehicle to determine the load and speed conditions when the noise occurs.
- Assess the noise with different gears selected.
Does the noise occur in different gears at the same vehicle speed?
- Yes
- No
GO to Pinpoint Test B.
Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run the application "Noise, Vibration And Harshness Diagnostic Test - Rear Differential" and repair as necessary.
