Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. WARNING: A small amount of air pressure will be left in the air suspension system.
  2. NOTE: Make sure that the component is clean, free of foreign material and lubricant.
  3. CAUTION: Make sure that all openings are sealed.
  4. CAUTION: Make sure that all openings are sealed.

    Depressurize the front air springs.

    Refer to: AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM DEPRESSURIZE AND PRESSURIZE .

  5. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .

  6. NOTE: Left hand drive only.

    Remove the plenum chamber panel.

    Refer to: COWL PANEL GRILLE .

  10. NOTE:
    • Note the orientation of the color coded air lines prior to removal.
    • Discard the air line connectors
    • Discard the air line collets.

    Remove the air line connectors from the air lines.

    Renew Part: Air line connector(s) Quantity: 3  .

    Renew Part: Air line collet(s) Quantity: 3  .

    Torque Specification: 10 Nm
