- Check powertrain control module for active grille air shutter and active grille air shutter motor related DTCs and refer to relevant DTC index
- Check the active grille air shutter and active grille air shutter motor for mechanical failure
- Check and install a new active grille air shutter and active grille air shutter motor as required
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the DTCs and retest
