Torque Specifications:

M10 40 Nm

M8 24 Nm
CAUTION: A new gasket must be installed.

NOTE: Remove and discard the gasket.

Renew Part: Turbocharger oil return pipe gasket(s) Quantity: 1 .

Torque Specification: 10 Nm

CAUTION: A new gasket must be installed.

NOTE: Remove and discard the gasket.
Renew Part: Turbocharger oil return pipe gasket(s) Quantity: 1 .

Torque Specification: 10 Nm
Torque Specification: 25 Nm
Torque Specification: 24 Nm
Torque Specification: 10 Nm
CAUTION: A new gasket must be installed.

NOTE: Remove and discard the gasket.

Torque Specification: 10 Nm
CAUTION: Note the position of the bolts, prior to removal.
- Torque Specification:
  M8 23 Nm
- Torque Specification:
  M6 10 Nm
CAUTION: A new gasket must be installed.

NOTE: Remove and discard the gasket.

Renew Part: Oil pan gasket Quantity: 1 .

NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
Torque Specification: 10 Nm
Torque Specification: 10 Nm
CAUTION: A new O-ring seal must be installed.

NOTE: Remove and discard the O-ring seal.

Renew Part: Oil level gauge O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .

Torque Specification: 10 Nm
NOTE: Discard the oil pick up pipe.

Renew Part: Oil pick up pipe Quantity: 1 .

Torque Specification: 10 Nm
NOTE: Discard the vent tube.

Renew Part: Vent tube Quantity: 1 .

Torque Specification: 10 Nm
