Removal And Installation: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. CAUTION: Make sure that the pulley washer is correctly seated before installing the pulley.

  2. CAUTION: Do not lubricate the components.
    NOTE: Do not tighten at this stage.

    Install crankshaft pulley.

    Renew Part: Crankshaft pulley bolt Quantity: 1  .

    CAUTION: Make sure the alignment marks are aligned.

  4. CAUTION: Do not lubricate the components.

    Torque Specifications: 

    Stage 1: 150 Nm 

    Stage 2: 300 Nm 

    Stage 3: 90°

    • Remove the special tool.
    • Special Tool(s): 303-1123 
  6. G11601805
    • Remove the special tool.
    • Special Tool(s): 303-1117
