Removal And Installation: Installation

  3. NOTE: Keep the coolant expansion tank vertically.

    Raise the coolant expansion tank minimum 110mm from its original position.

  4. Fill the cooling system, keeping coolant to the upper level mark of the expansion tank, until a steady stream of coolant is seen returning to the tank.

    Torque Specification: 2.8 Nm 

  7. CAUTION: Make sure the coolant level remains above the "COLD FILL RANGE" lower level mark.

    Check and top up the cooling system as required.
