Pressure Relief Valve
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
The Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) is installed in the pipe between the LP fuel pump and the fuel pump module flange to protect the system from excess pressure. The pressure relief valve releases fuel back into the tank if pressure in the pipe increases from 7.3 to 8.3 bar (105.9 to 120.4 lbf/in.2 ) gauge.
