  • Oil seals must be installed dry.
  • Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

    Special Tool(s): 307-520, JLR-307-520-01 

  2. Refer to: TRANSFER CASE - V6 S/C 3.0L PETROL/V8 N/A 5.0L PETROL/V8 S/C 5.0L PETROL .

  3. Carry out a transmission fluid level check.

    Refer to: TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL CHECK .
