Instrument Cluster Warning Indicators

SPEED CONTROL WARNING INDICATOR

The speed control warning indicator illuminates when standard or adaptive speed control is engaged.

FOLLOW MODE WARNING INDICATOR

The follow mode warning indicator illuminates when the adaptive speed control system is engaged and goes into follow mode. When the system is engaged, the time gap setting is displayed in the message center in the form of a vehicle with 1 to 4 bars in front of it, where the number of bars correspond to the current time gap setting.

FORWARD ALERT WARNING INDICATOR

The forward alert warning indicator illuminates if forward alert is enabled in the instrument cluster menu.

ASL WARNING INDICATOR

The speed control warning indicator illuminates when ASL is selected on and a speed limit is set in the message center.
