Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS

  2. Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING 
  3. NOTE: Note the fitted position of the accessory drive belt.

    • Using a suitable 6mm bar, retain the coolant pump pulley.
    • Torque Specification:  25 Nm

    Torque Specification:  10 Nm

  6. CAUTION: A new O-ring seal is to be installed.
