Removal And Installation: Removal

NOTE: When a new instrument cluster is to be installed, the Land Rover approved diagnostic system must be connected to the vehicle and the instrument cluster renewal procedure followed. This will allow vehicle coding data and current service interval data to be correctly installed to the new instrument cluster.

CAUTION: Apply heatshrink or protective tape to the end of a suitable tool to protect the interior components.
Disconnect the battery ground cable.
Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .
NOTE: Release the trim clips from the middle to the sides, failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the retaining frame.
NOTE: The steering wheel is shown removed for clarity.
Torque Specification: 1.7 Nm

  Upper screws (1) 1.1 Nm
  
  Lower screws (1) 1.7 Nm
