Removal And Installation: Installation

  3. CAUTION: If the original fuel injector is being installed, the original fuel injector clamp must be installed with the fuel injector it was removed with.

    1. Tighten the bolt in the sequence shown.

      Torque Specification: 10 Nm 

    2. Loosen, but do not remove the bolts.
    3. Tighten the bolt in the sequence shown.

    Torque Specification: 

    Stage 1: 7 Nm 

    Stage 2: 26° 

  6. CAUTION: Install a new fuel pipe.

    • Union:

      Torque Specification: 30 Nm 

    • Bolt:

      Torque Specification: 10 Nm 

  7. CAUTION: Make sure that the components are installed to the noted position in the removal steps.

  11. Connect the battery ground cable.

    Refer to: Battery Disconnect/Connect
