Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. G11314271

    Using the special tool, install a new output shaft seal.

    Special Tool(s):  307-520, JLR-307-696

  2. G11314268

    Install a new circlip.

  3. G11314267

    Using a soft face hammer, install the output flange.

  4. CAUTION: Make sure that new bolts are installed.

    Torque Specifications: 

    Stage 1: 40 Nm 

    Stage 2: 90° 

  5. CAUTION: A new breather vent must always be installed.
