Transfer Case: Installation: Overview

Torque Specification: : 25 Nm
Torque Specification: : 45 Nm
Install a new O-ring seal. Renew Part: Transfer case input shaft oil seal Quantity: 1.
Install a new O-ring seal.
CAUTION:
- Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

CAUTION: Make sure the transfer case bolts are installed in the correct orientation.

Torque Specification: : 43 Nm
CAUTION: Do not use excessive force to install the component.
NOTE: Do not fully tighten at this stage.

Torque Specification: : 48 Nm
Torque Specification: : 103 Nm
Torque Specification: : 10 Nm
CAUTION: A new breather vent must always be installed.

Connect the battery ground cable.
