Crankshaft Rear Seal: Installation

    CAUTION: Extreme cleanliness must be exercised when handling this component.
    CAUTION: "Make sure that a new component is installed. "
  1. Install the crankshaft rear seal.

    Installer, Crankshaft Rear Seal (303-1291)

    2. CAUTION: Extreme cleanliness must be exercised when handling these components.
    CAUTION: Make sure that new bolts are installed.
  2. Install the flexplate. See Flexplate .
  3. Connect the battery ground cable and install the cover. Refer to Specifications .
