WARNING:

WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
- Disconnect the battery ground cable.

- Fold the RH rear seat cushion forwards.
Torque Specification: 10 Nm

CAUTION: Be prepared to collect escaping fuel.

NOTE: Using a suitable transmission jack, support the differential case.
Torque Specification: 110 Nm

NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.
Using a transmission jack, lower the fuel tank.
Torque Specification: 25 Nm

NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
