System Operation: DSD+

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2015 Land Rover LR2, 2014 Land Rover LR2, and 2013 Land Rover LR2. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The DSD+ mode is used if the ABS module cannot operate the brakes or achieve a minimum deceleration rate, the EPB module has no valid wheel speed signals and the G sensor has failed. In the DSD+ mode, the EPB module applies a clamp load calculated to give a steady rate of deceleration without locking the wheels.
