EAS System Calibration

NOTE: Lucas RTC 6834 Handheld Tester and air suspension memory card are required to perform procedure. Follow manufacturer's instructions.
NOTE: This procedure must be carried out when a new ECU or height sensor has been fitted.

EAS system calibration is required whenever EAS control unit or a height sensor is replaced. EAS system must be calibrated when any suspension component is replaced that affects relationship between height sensor mount and height sensor linkage mount. Vehicle can be calibrated laden or unladen so long as total weight is not more than gross vehicle weight. Ensure tires are the correct size and properly inflated. Park vehicle on a level, flat surface. Connect RTC 6834 and follow EAS system calibration instructions.
