Rear Air Spring Assembly: Installation

  1. Locate air spring assembly onto lower fixing. Ensure air pipe connection points toward rear.
  2. Connect air pipe to air spring assembly, fitting rubber boot.
  3. Raise axle to place air spring assembly into upper fixing, if required.
  4. Install 4 new retaining clips to fixing points.
  5. Reverse removal procedures  1 - 5 .
  6. Leak test air spring and connector. Refer to LEAK TEST PROCEDURE  under TROUBLESHOOTING.
