Front Air Spring: Installation

  1. Place air spring assembly onto lower fixing. Make sure air pipe connection is pointing backwards.
  2. Connect air pipe to air spring assembly.
  3. Raise axle to place air spring assembly into upper fixing, if required.
  4. Attach new retaining clips to fixing points.
  5. To complete installation, reverse removal procedures  1 - 6 .
  6. Leak test air spring and around connections. Refer to LEAK TEST PROCEDURE  under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
