Removal And Installation: Disassembly

Remove the turbocharger outlet hose and water pipe (A) after removing the bolt.

Tightening torque:

34.3 - 39.2 N.m (3.5 - 4.0 kgf.m, 25.3 - 28.9 lb.ft)

NOTE:

Do not reuse the copper washer (A).
When installing, make sure that a new copper washer (A) is installed.

Remove the turbocharger water inlet pipe (A) after removing the bolt.

Tightening torque:

34.3 - 39.2 N.m (3.5 - 4.0 kgf.m, 25.3 - 28.9 lb.ft)

Separate the Electric Waste Gate Actuator (EWGA) rod (A) after removing the retaining ring.

Remove the elbow pipe bracket (A) after removing the bolt.
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)

Remove the Electric Waste Gate Actuator (EWGA) (A) after removing the bolt.
Tightening torque:

12.7 - 13.7 N.m (1.3 - 1.4 kgf.m, 9.4 - 10.1 lb.ft)
