Transaxle Mounting Bracket

Remove the air duct.
(Refer to Intake and Exhaust System - "AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY ")
Remove the battery and battery tray.
(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Battery ")
Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Intake and Exhaust System - "AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY ")
Remove the Engine Control Module (ECM).
(Refer to Engine Control/Fuel System - "ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM) ")
Remove the engine room under cover.
(Refer to Engine And Transaxle Assembly - "ENGINE ROOM UNDER COVER ")
Install jack under the transaxle to support it.
NOTE: Insert a rubber block between jack and transaxle.
Remove the service cover (A).

Remove the transaxle support bracket mounting bolt (A).
Tightening torque:

107.9 - 127.5 N.m (11.0 - 13.0 kgf.m, 79.6 - 94.0 lb.ft)

Remove the transaxle support bracket (A) after removing the bolts.
Tightening torque:

58.9 - 78.5 N.m (6.0 - 8.0 kgf.m, 43.4 - 57.9 lb.ft)

Remove the transaxle mounting bracket.
1. Remove the cleaner bracket (A) after removing the bolts.
2. Remove the transaxle mounting bracket (B) after removing the bolts and nuts.
  Tightening torque
  
  A: 7.8 - 9.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.0 kgf.m, 5.8 - 7.2 lb.ft)
  
  B: 63.7 - 83.4 (6.5 - 8.5 kgf.m, 47.0 - 61.5 lb.ft)
