DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN communication monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty P-CAN communication circuit
Enable Condition
  • Battery voltage is more than 10V
  • Engine Speed higher than 400 RPM
  • 0.5s after TCM turns "ON"
Threshold Value
  • CAN bus OFF is detected
Detecting Time
  • 1s
Fail Safe
  • Mechanical limp home (5th gear hold, manual shift is not allowed)
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
