Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	TCM connector	67, 68 (Memory power)	Chassis ground	-	B+
Ignition "OFF. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	TCM connector	71, 73, 74 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω
Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	ATM solenoid valve connector	7, 14 (power)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 5.0V

Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If problem still occurs, replace TCM and then Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.

No Good

Repair open or short in circuit and then Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
