Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	ATM solenoid valve connector	10 (power)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 9V
Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	ATM solenoid valve connector	11 (signal)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	ATM solenoid valve connector	10 (power)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (infinity)Ω
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	ATM solenoid valve connector	11 (signal)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (infinity)Ω

Good

Repair short to power in signal circuit between input speed sensor and then Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
If problem still occurs, go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair open or short in circuit and then Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
