DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check motor current
  • Faulty motor
  • Faulty MDPS circuit
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON" after 3s
Threshold Value
  • The motor short circuit current is detected
Fail Safe
  • MDPS warning lamp "ON", MDPS control is inhibited
Restoration Conditions
  • Normal condition after Ignition "OFF" and Ignition "ON"
