DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC Strategy
  • VSM CAN message monitoring
  • Poor connection
  • Connector disconnected
  • Open or short in the circuit
  • HECU
  • MDPS
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Vehicle speed signal is an error (vehicle speed is 80 km/h while driving)
Fail Safe
  • Prohibited VSM
Restoration Conditions
  • When receives VSM CAN message
