DTC Description

The above DTCs are recorded when the defect of the PAB on/off warning lamp is detected in PAB off warning lamp circuit.

DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the data
  • Burnt-out fuse
  • Burnt-out warning lamp
  • Open circuit in warning lamp CAN harness
  • Short circuit in warning lamp CAN harness
  • Check SRSCM
CAUTION: * Do not replace the SRSCM due to a history fault
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON" or engine "ON"
Threshold Value
  • The output voltage of PAB telltale lamp circuit is lower than 1.9V when the lamp is off
  • The output voltage of PAB telltale lamp circuit is higher than 1.9V when the lamp is on
Diagnostic Time
  • 1s
Recovery Time
  • 2s
MIL ON Condition
  • MIL "ON"
