Power inspection (OCS ECU ↔ Chassis ground)	Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the 12V battery (-) cable and wait at least for five minutes. Disconnect OCS ECU connector. Connect the 12V battery (-) terminal cable to the 12V battery. Ignition "ON".	OCS ECU connector	3 (ON/START Input)	Chassis ground	-	B+
Open in circuit inspection (OCS ECU ↔ Chassis ground)	Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the 12V battery (-) cable and wait at least for five minutes. Disconnect OCS ECU connector.	OCS ECU connector	4 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

Go to "CAN COMMUNICATION LINE INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then, Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
