Module Inspection

Inspection Item Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
Power inspection (ICU ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Disconnect the connector(s) from ICU.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 ICU connector 1, 2, 3, 4, 17, 26, 31, 40 (power) Chassis ground - B+
Open in circuit inspection (ICU ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the connector(s) from ICU.
 ICU connector 16, 24 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
Power inspection (IBU ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Disconnect the connector(s) from IBU.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 IBU connector 3, 4, 8, 23, 33 (power) Chassis ground - B+
Open in circuit inspection (IBU ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the connector(s) from IBU.
 IBU connector 1, 2 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
