The air conditioner pressure transducer measures the pressure in the high-pressure line and converts it into a voltage value. When the converted output value is sent to the engine ECU, the engine ECU operates the cooling fan at high and low speeds to prevent pressure rise, and if the refrigerant pressure is too high or too low, the compressor stops working to optimize and protect the air conditioning system.
