DTC B1281-11: Humidity Sensor Short (Low) - AUTO Defog: General Description

The Auto Defog sensor (humidity sensor) is installed inside the front window glass. The auto defog sensor monitors for the presence of moisture and sends signal to the air conditioner control module. The air conditioner control module prevents defogging/moisture and eliminating in advance by automatically controlling the intake actuator, A/C, defog actuator, blower motor speed and mode actuator.
