DTC B1233-11: In-car Temp Sensor Short (Low) - Front: General Description

In-car temperature sensor senses the temperature inside car. In-car temperature sensor is a Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) type thermistor, the resistance value changes in accordance with temperature change. When in "Auto" mode, A/C control module controls passenger compartment temperature by using signal from in-car temperature sensor and driver's temperature setting.
